Records kept by Horace Lincoln Fenno 1916-1924, water master for the City of Anacortes. In the book Fenno recorded water draws and other work at the Cranberry Lake reservoir, which was the city's water source. Later the book is primarily a record of his hours worked and payments received. Mr. Fenno, a widower, and his sons Edward and Horace lived in a small cabin on the shore of Cranberry Lake.
Donor is his granddaughter. Book is dirty and quite worn but binding is intact.
