Fred P. and Grace Etter promised to pay Bill George Etter $2100 for the house and land on Block 12, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 15 feet of Lot 5 in Gibraltar. If not paid in their lifetimes, the house and land was not to be included in the estate but deeded over free and clear to Bill Etter before the estate was settled. Any unpaid part of the loan would be paid to Bill Etter from the proceeds of the remainder of the estate.
