Portrait of Agnes St. Pierre who taught at the Whitney School in 1912. She was the wife of Ralph St. Pierre who practiced osteopathic medicine in Anacortes during the 1920s and 1930s. The 1917 city directory listed Ralph St. Pierre as a carpenter at Anacortes Ship Building Company. By 1921, however, he was listed as a "physician and surgeon." Trained in osteopathic medicine, he practiced in Anacortes through 1939 at 401 1/2 Commercial; see WF 2317 for picture of his office. The St. Pierres lived at 1420 8th Street.
