Journal book used as a ledger for accounting. Inside is an adding maching slip of the running totals of July 14, 1933 through September 14, 1933. Semi-hardbound Journal is 5-1/2" x 8-3/4", green in color with red outside corners. Writing on front is in black including the word "JOURNAL" and underneath that is a star and the number 749. Around the edges are three black lines outlining the book.

Requisition Book for City Dock Co., Coast Fish Co., Anacortes, Washington. NOTE: Cover has been written in red ink: "Crest Canning Co. Canners of Fruits and Vegetables", crossed out and "City Dock Co." replacing it. Then, written below that is "Requisition Mar. 15th 34. To." Hardboard cover is tan with a design; spine is held with red cloth tape, is 5-3/4" x 7-3/4" in size. The pages inside are numbered 5803 through 5851 (in duplicate) and are all blank. Pages 5801 and 5802 are missing--perhaps used. Inside the front cover is a 2-1/4"x3/4" single piece of paper with "Lawrence Warehouse Co., Seattle, Washington" typed on it. Pages are a light buff with a 2nd page in yellow.

Purchase Order book for Puget Fisheries, Mount Vernon, August 16, 1934 through October 22, 1934. There are entries on pages 141 through 148. The rest of the book, through page 175, is blank. Unused pages are in duplicate (white page then yellow page) ready to be used with a carbon paper. The used pages have had the white copy removed, leaving the yellow duplicate copy in the book. The 1st 6 purchase orders are made out to Marine Supply, Anacortes, while the last entry is to Morse Hdw. Co. Bellingham, Wash. Book is 5-3/4" x 7-3/4", brown semi-hardbound with brown cloth tape on spine. Inside the book, the front cover is separated from the book; however the rest is intact.

82 7-1/2" x 5-1/2" pages PUGET FISHERIES, Bath Room Daily Report. dated July 21, 1933 through November 11, 1933. Each page is initialed by the Bath Room Foreman "RBL". The next page, 9-1/2"x6-1/4" very soild page is the accounting for Alitah Packing Co., May 1, 1926 - Feb 23, 1927. The last three cards are 8-1/2"x11" Bath Room Reports which appears to be a summary of the days, July 21, 1933 through November 11, 1933. All these pages were bound together with a 2-hole metal clip; this clip was removed 12/30/2006 and replaced with cloth tie.

Ledger of Anacortes Public Library having a hardcover, light tan in color with tattered binding particularly in lower right hand corner. Consists of 201 numbered pages with many of the pages blank. Records include funds listed as: maintenance, building, cash, furnishings, piano and books. There are accounts for rent expenses. The library worked with Citizens Bank. The book measures 4 x 7".

The records inside this book are for Crest Canning payments paid to piling (1925); Hotel expenses 1924 and 1926; #2-1/2 Cans and #2 Cans Beets, No. 10 cans beets, No. 10 cans carrots and No. 2 plain cans carrots (1926); Crest Canning Co. 1926; and also Will A. Lowman Receiver, 1926.
