Description World War II Defense stamps are being sold by Postmaster Gus Dalstead to the Luvera children at the Post Office in the Federal Building at 6th and Commercial. Left to right: Anita Luvera (Mayer), Phyllis Luvera (Ennes), Gus Dalstead, and Paul Luvera, Jr. Dalstead ran numerous war loan drives, United Service Organizations (USO) operations, and other events to support the U.
