Caption ETTER, Fred
Description Fred Etter was a barber who began his business as Billett and Etter c. 1916 at 510 Commercial in the Goodwin-Benedict-Havekost Building. By 1922 he was working solo and remained at that location until c. 1938. Etter's barber chair is in the Anacortes Museum Collection. He lived with his wife, Grace, and their four children (Roy, Bill, Dorothy, and Mary) at 1820 10th Street.
