Caption TRULSON, Harold
Description Harold Trulson graduated from Anacortes High School in 1930 where he was active in basketball, tennis, football manager, glee club, and operetta. He was the son of Herman and Emma Trulson, listed in the city directory as living at 1502 12th Street from 1921 to 1948. Herman Trulson was the owner of Trulson Motors. Following high school, Harold attended Skagit Valley College, Pacific Lutheran University, St. Olaf College, and the University of Washington. During World War II he served in the Eighth Army Air Corps. Harold was listed in the 1937 city directory as a salesman for Trulson Motors and living at home. The 1948 directory listed Harold and his wife, Agnes Elvebak, living on rural Fidalgo Island; they were married September 21, 1946. He retired from Trulson Motors in 1981 and died February 18, 1996.
