Caption 1937 Marineer's Pageant - unknown float
Description This image of the Marineers' Pageant Parade float has the words "Anacortes 249", and is covered with flowers. It seems to have a miniature garden in the back. The 249 is the number of the Eagles Aerie (Aerie #249) which shows this is the Eagles entry for that year. Another copy of this photograph is found on page 1 of an Eagles' photo album. Pictured right to left are: Bank of Commerce on the southwest corner of 5th and Commercial, and Snyder's Pharmacy. See WF 1200, 1427, and 1433 for building and business histories.
