Caption Robinson's sightseeing houseboat Echo
Description This image is of Ray Robinson's houseboat ECHO with its label emblazoned across the side reading, "Seeing Puget Sound, hunting and fishing, tourists and picnics." This houseboat carried twelve people on excursions, camping parties, etc. throughout Puget Sound. The 9-21-1922, ANACORTES AMERICAN reported, "Capt. Ray Robinson's houseboat is sold to Peter Barovitch (sic)." The article went on to say that Barovitch (sic), residing near Deception Pass, had purchased Robinson's houseboat ECHO and it would be used in the future "for fishing purposes." NOTE: Sale was on September 14, 1911
