Object Name Coveralls
Description Faded purple colored very used coveralls "Boiler Suit" of the type worn by Marine Engineers and other engine department members in their work. Donor is a Marine Engineer aboard Merchant ships. Size 42R; 2 patch pockets on back hips have heavy gold zippers; 2 slash pockets on front hips and two chest pockets which have heavy gold zippers; grommet snaps at bottom of legs to tighten around the ankles and also on the arms to tighten around the wrists; gold embroidered Marine Engineers emblem on left chest. Tag at neck partially reads, 100% cotton, made in Mexico, 42 promoted (meaning "42 measured" which presumably means size 42).
