Description Link, Cuff: set from men's ivory (or discolored white) shirt (2010.026.004). Mother-of-pearl and goldtone cufflinks (oval). Shirt was owned by William V. Wells, Sr. Prominent attorney and mayor of Anacortes. Back of neck are the initials "WVW". Also on inside back neck is a label, "ARROW, Cluett, Peabody & Co., Inc., U.S.A." Cuff links have been removed from shirt and stored in plastic bag in same box as shirt and vest.
