Object Name Case, Eyeglass
Description Dr. Edwin E. Dodge has his name stamped on the black case for pince nez eyeglasses. Dr. Edwin Eugene Dodge (1910-1996) was the son of Anacortes optometrist Harry L. Dodge, who came to Anacortes in 1901 and opened a drug store. Edwin graduated from Anacortes High School in 1928 and took over his father's business at 514 Commercial by the mid-1930s. He remained in business until c. 1975.
